Shane
Mandrell.

Shane is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Mandrell's CFO Services. He is a retired Navy reservist with twenty years of military service, an engineer by training, and a business owner more than twenty-five years into the work.

He graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, paired with minors in Business Management and Sales Engineering. He has owned and operated businesses continuously since 1999 — today, most visibly, as the owner-operator of Mandrell's Pressure Cleaning, with five locations from North Central Florida to Tampa.

That operator's view is what he brings to every CFO engagement. Shane has signed the front of the checks, lost sleep over a slow AR week, hired and fired, navigated insurance audits, and built systems for a multi-location service company from the ground up. When a client describes a problem, he has almost always lived a version of it himself.

His technical background runs deep on the systems side as well — database technology, networking, WordPress, and SEO — which shows up in how Mandrell's CFO chooses, integrates, and supports the accounting stacks its clients run on.

Together with Christina, Shane built the firm around something simple: match the right people to the right business, and stay close enough to actually know it.
