Ashley joined Mandrell's CFO Services in August 2024. She came to the firm with a deep operational background — office management and medical billing on the administrative side, and more than ten years of work as an emergency-room registered nurse on the clinical side.
That combination shows up in the way she handles the books: triage instincts on what needs attention first, careful documentation, and the kind of calm under pressure you only get from years of work where mistakes have consequences. She splits her time between Assistant Controller responsibilities and direct clerk-level work for clients, which keeps her close to the underlying detail.
Outside the office, Ashley has been married for twenty-two years and is the mother of three school-age children — a household that, by her account, runs on the same operational discipline her clients depend on.
