Lisa is the firm's most experienced clerk — thirty-plus years in bookkeeping and accounting, across the kinds of businesses Mandrell's serves every day. Originally from Jacksonville, she now lives in Keystone Heights, Florida.
Inside the firm, she handles the day-to-day flow of the books for her clients: AR billing, AP entry, bank deposits and classifications, reconciliations, and the steady cadence of work that makes a clean monthly close possible. Three decades into the craft, very little surprises her, and almost nothing slips past.
She is, in many ways, the firm's institutional memory — the colleague newer clerks check with when something looks off, and the one clients call when they need an answer they trust on the first try.
